This is where Levy screws up. bild report than Schalke are in for Adebayor but we are quibbling over the fee.

I don't understand why we haven't paid for a unicorn to be bred and carry Adebayor to the Deutches. He is so pap and so expensive.

i think they're struggling to get the funds together and would rather a loan (we'd rather sell but i think they think we owe them a favour over the holtby deal) decent team not sure if manu would be up for the move but we should sell.

there's vids/interviews of vlad and lamela on the spurs site but they're confirmed deals. not sure what the hold up is on eriksen. it may be a case of softening the blow when bale is officially announced ala 'WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE ERIKSEN HAS JOINED US ON A 5 YR DEAL' followed by 'we are pleased to announce we have reached an agreement with real madrid for gareth bale. we wish him well

that would be our strongest line-up if eriksen is confirmed. could drop lamela and eriksen for chadli and townsend/lennon or put holtby behind the striker with chadli cutting in and any of the midfield 3 for sandro for other games. i expect a lot of cb rotation. could do with a lb, ie coentaro but not sure levy thinks he's worth what rm want.

i don't think AVB rates him, especially if townsend improves. wouldn't surprise me if he is sold. we certainly wouldn't refuse an offer. same with siggurdson who should definitely be sold imo. just hasn't worked for him at spurs.

he is still a spurs player and he will be sold imo. shalke have offered 8m euro's then it looks like they can't get the funds on our terms.

he was on compassionate leave as his brother was killed. he was training alone. his attitude has convinced AVB he has to go and i agree. no love for the club. BAE is another. apparently he has failed a medical in france. AVB doesn't like his attitude either.

I think AVB rates siggy hugely and hopes he plays to his potential.

Townsend has been a revelation for me. He has changed from a championship player to a useful addition to our squad.

I think Lennon will stay around because he offers pace that we don't have elsewhere. I also think is is very important defensively when playing against the better teams.

lennon wouldn't go, spurs look a different team when he plays just because it's harder for teams to play a high line against us

plus AVB plkays 4-3-3, he needs 2 wingers cutting in, lennon chadli, townsend and likely lamela
