Ozil is a massive signing for Arsenal. Since he joined RM he's tied with Messi for the most assists in La Liga during that time.

Not great for us though, he destroyed Barry for speed in the World Cup to set up Germany's 4th goal. I used to love watching those highlights as well.

Since we signed Mertesacker it's like we want to rope in a load of the German national team - having him there influenced Podolski's decision to join and having both of them may prove helpful if this whole Ozil thing is true. Let's be honest though, we were dead certs to sign Higuain and look what happened there.

Good signing for Arsenal if it comes off.. Unlike the spurs signings, he should slot straight in. Arsenal may not have bought the volume of players the fans have been expecting but they have consistency which is priceless. I don't think there's any need for concern as they proved yesterday and they should do well.

He would over-exaggerate sometimes but I can't remember too many times where he would chat **** just for the sake of it. He might say a player did well when they were ok but he wouldn't make crazy comments. This is 3 games into his tenure.

I have to say Wenger has pulled this one out of the bag and I expect it to rally the troops and fans. I'm sure we need other signings but with the addition of Flamini and Ozil, we have made progress at last....
