Yeah I know it's a little weak but I think we could control possession so well with it. More than likely Cazorla will go left and Podolski will be dropped for Ramsey who will start alongside Wilshere.

Not even sure if this includes his twice dislocated shoulder injury.

http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/rafael/profil/spieler_61892.html

Btw once you've had multiple hamstring issues at a young age and twice had your shoulder dislocated they are recurring injury types.

Try comparing that to evra who has had two injuries *according to that website in his utd career!

NickG you are mental.

Rafael last season made 38 starting appearances and two from the bench. That's 40 appearances.

He was only behind Van Persie, Carrick, Evra and De Gea for most appearances. Now he's got injured at the start of the season and he's a sick note again.

Utterly nuts.

Half the reason he's on ignore.

Rafael (Samba Nev) was good last season and made a lot of appearances, although NickG is so fickle.

Wilshire has a far worse record with dru.. injuries ;) as does Rosicky and Diaby.

He was up there as one of our top three best/most consistent performers last season quite easily and he has been missing quite a lot so far in an attacking sense from the side.

Not even bothering to reply to his last post when he's comparing a young growing teenager with a player that moved at the peak of his career.

Jesus try unbunching your panties. I say it is a fact that rafael has had a terrible start to his career in terms of injuries in terms of quantity and type. This is indisputable.

This has nothing to do with what I like or don't like about man utd.

He has had multiple hamstring injuries which is always bad and can continue to plague a player across his career. He has also dislocate d the same shoulder twice and knowing this type of injury once it's popped it is liable to pop again.

you could just play a 442

Giroud and Walcott up front

Cazorla and Ozil as the LM and RM and they can switch sides throughout the game

Ramsay and Wilshire in the middle with Arteta as backup

Podolski is out for 3 months so there's no point figuring out where he's going to be played till after Christmas.

Also, Ozil... I feel a bit like I’m dating a girl who’s way out of my league – hoping she stays around for my heart of gold and sense of humour. Don't think it'll sink in until he runs out in the shirt for the first time.

In fact I don't care, I might just stick you on ignore as well for my own sanity.

NickG, Sonny & Jonny on ignore for me. Fed up of reading their constant dribble.

oh! Sonny just posted? :D hmm, is it about the Samba Nev injuries or the Arsenal formation / selection topic?

A fiver he's said something backwards, big man and little man up top and play Ozil and Cazorla out wide?

Would be good to watch attacking, but would get torn to shreds by a decent side unfortunately.

Against weaker teams though, it would probably put 4 past em before they realised what day it was.

I agree with this, a better team would dominate Midfield. I would say that Ozil comes in for one of the wide players, seeing that Poldoski is out till December then Ozil will replace him.

You can have Diaby and Rosicknote if you're wanting more injuries?

:D:D I just dont understand and i really mean it when i dont understand is how the **** Diaby manages to steal a wage from us and still is part of our first 25 squad. The mind truly ****ing boggles in all honesty:p.
Does anyone know when that muppets contract finishes??, i hope he doesnt get an extension or anything...give him away for free for all i care.

Rosicky is ok, he gets injured a lot but when hes fit...hes a good backup to what we have at the moment.

As i said a few pages back, i can see both Ozil and Carzola interchanging through the middle. Both will compliment each other nicely i imagine if Wenger plays the formations that are mentioned above. Carzola has played on the left for us and did ok, its not his favoured position but he can play it if need be.

Only thing that concerns me about Ozil is his physical side ie hes not very strong and could find himself getting injured as we all know, the EPL is pretty tough physically. But thats something he needs to work on, his physical side of the game.

Fletcher has been registered in our 25 :/ I guess if we have the space, but still it feels like he should just accept he isn't going to be playing for us again and move on to a non playing role.
