When I was working in London I got up at 6am and had to add another meal in. Had breakfast at 6.30am, then when I got into the London office at 9am I'd be so hungry and have to eat a whole tin of tuna sandwich. Got some strange looks lol.
 
Delvis how long have you been eating your current diet? I find that when I start out with a new diet I struggle getting it all in at first. After sticking at it for a while I find I get hunger pangs before the allotted meal time and can even eat more.

Been having the sausages and Eggs since about November or just before :)

Before that it was porridge

Now started having a slice of toast with nutella on it depends on time as well :o

Some pre workout stuff. Ordered yesterday before 2pm so its meant to get dispatched same day. It's odd though on the order status it says ordered on 8/01/2012 when it was the 9th. Either way it aint coming today by the looks of things

That and the fact you paid for fater delivery...Although the delivery part hasn't started yet so you cant moan about that just yet :p

I'm awake at 6 - then it's a battle as to how long I stay in bed vs how hungry I am... I'm often out of bed by 645 ready to stuff my face! :D

I agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I really struggle to get myself out of bed though so my breakfast is always two scoops of MP total protein and two (large) scoops of instant oats in a shake with a little peanut butter.

If I get up early enough though it's either porridge or eggs as an addition to this.

When I get the chance I'm going to look into macros a little bit more and see if I can make sure my typical diet is balanced and where it can be fixed. Like yourself though I'm not into it for competing or looking an absolutely beast, just want to be fitter and stronger and obviously looking better comes with that in time. I think the cheat meal mentality helps me a lot as well. I'm eating quite well through the week (I think) and I have a cheat day on sundays but do still try to keep this sensible.

My frame at the moment is 5ft 11" and 80kg so probably similar to you when you started maybe. I have some photos I took last week I'm going to post tomorrow in the pics thread and ask for some advice and opinions on my look at the moment.
