Supplements the debate/discussion thread

Agreed Chris. Right dosage IMO.

So what i'll be taking should be 'enough'? :)

EDIT:

Going by my above numbers...Am I only getting 0.18 EPA/0.12 DHA per capsule?

EDIT 2:

I believe i'll be getting: 1.08g EPA and 0.72g DHA each day if taking six capsules....

Yup. Hence why the BSD stuff is so good. 330 and 220mg per cap off the top of my head?

Yeah, ordered the wrong ones some how. Hah.

Will keep the order, it's better than I'm having currently, and the cost is low enough for me to fork out on.

Should I get more spare money i'd get the other stuff

EDIT: Ah man, now im confused

Ones I'm getting are 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA...Better than the nothing im taking currently.

360 tabs for £10.89 delivered

P.S: Thanks for the link, will read this now

FYI the ones you're getting cost almost exactly the same per mg of EPA/DHA as the BSD ones FF recommended, so no loss either way! The other ones on simply supplements which have vitamin E in them as well (£10 for 360) work out slightly cheaper.

I take 10 of the simply supplements caps which gives me 1.8g EPA, 1.2g DHA.

Yeah, I figured it works out for me as i'm only spending just over a tenner.

When these run out i'll go for what Freefaller recommended :) Will hopefully have more money under my belt by then.

I was intending to take six tablets...Can you get 'too' much omega 3?

The only supps I go mad for are fish oils and vit D supps.

There are a few other root herb based ones which are great but cost too much.

Of course protein and EAAs are absolute staple - but again I don't feel the need for them at the moment.
