Real food mainly. Shakes aren't very calorific unless you take "weight gainers" but then you might as well eat some porridge or just some food :/

They are when you add flax seed, olive oil, peanut butter and oats.

Smoothie: 1/2 pot of yoghurt, 150ml full fat milk, banana, apple, mixed berries, peanut butter. (600+ cals)

Porridge full fat milk + honey & nuts (300+ cals)

Scrambled eggs (3-4 eggs) on toast (400+ cals)

smoked mackerel fillets (400+ cals)

Snack on 100g nuts, fruit etc... (600+ cals)

200g of Pasta with meat (either mince, or other forms of meat) with veggies (700+ cals)

Pittas with tuna/peanut butter/other filling (400+ cals)

300-400g of Steak/chicken/fish/meat with veggies (500+ cals)

Tub of cottage cheese before bed (100 + cals)

oh well, it's east when you eat so many carbs and can have milk! :p

Just look around.

I buy frozen chicken from Tesco's currently, one because it's close to me, two because it's cheaper than the fresh if not the same price in some cases.

Otherwise look on mysupermarket and compare prices that way

I've got pre-done Chicken from Heron,as its faster to heat it and eat (1kg for £2, but a lot of it is bones ). Will have to pop in to local Asda and see what they got.. As you guessed, im cheap :p

Likewise, i'm constantly poor so do everything on a budget.

I get 4 chicken breast at about £4 I think, still a fair whack of money but meh, they come out reasonably large and do me for lunch

Do asdas 3 for £10 on meat. 2 packs of mince (4 meals), 2 meals worth of steak and then a pack of chicken or pork loin. Like 8 meals worth of meat. Or you could get more mince. (the 2 packs of mince sometimes isnt in the offer though, it varies) 2 packs of 8 sausages were on offer for £2.60 aswell. That's 4 lunches. They've lowered a lot of prices since before xmas i found yesterday.

And if you're lucky you'll get a voucher for close to £2 from the price guarantee thing, although mine from yesterday was only 43p :(

Delivery status - awaiting receipt of parcel

does that mean dpd don't even have it yet?

Not sure mate, maybe your local depot is waiting for it.

I checked my order and it says all my orders are "being processed". that includes ones I made in 2010. stupid system.

Meh not happy either way. Good job it wasn't important just would like it before saturday

I want mine tomorrow, I believe it will be :)

Mainly as I probably only have enough whey left for tomorrow, if that :o

I don't actually have any pre-workout stuff, just eat a banana...Probably should get something, but I try and keep it as 'natural' as possible. Probably why i'm so pathetic :D
