Supplements the debate/discussion thread

So I had some MyoFusion for the first time this week. It's tasty (though too sweet imo) and when mixed as the label says, I practically had to chew it, it was so thick :o
 
is that good? MP impact whey is 20.5g per 25g. Which I think would make it 29.5g of protein per 36g.
 
It is for my needs. That being a quick protein shot post work out to help cull off the cortisol, as I won't be eating anything for at least an hour after. :)
 
I wouldn't take caffeine without a good scale. It is too nasty for me to risk using a scoop. I don't take anything but I wouldn't be happy taking it via a random amount of a scoop.
