Supplements the debate/discussion thread

I think it Myprotein at fault here tbh.. They had no reason to quote Ibs in their product description. I've raised a customer services ticket.. cos I'm a moany old *** :D

It is illegal to advertise the weight in imperial only. It has to be imperial and metric or just metric.

They seem to change that liquid chalk bottle every time I've seen someone order some :p

I do like the liquid chalk, I may try some real chalk soon, used some before and it seemed fine, just need to get a nice tub for it.

Just get a chalk ball, keep it in its plastic bag.

FUUUUUU

Today's delivery, nothing special.

Oh, I ordered from MP last Tuesday, even after 2 support tickets, they are yet to even despatch my order 7 days later! I've only made 2 orders with them, this being my second and they've messed up each one, not terribly happy tbh!

Yeah MyProtein are getting a tonne of complaints about people waiting 4 weeks for orders to arrive. Their FB page has so many complaints at the moment

I took a gamble and ordered yesterday despite all that, order turned up this morning :)

Any idea what is actually going wrong? I just got this when complaining -

"I am very sorry for the delay you have experienced in receiving your order, please let me assure you that this is certainly not the norm here at MyProtein. Unfortunately at this time we have been undergoing certain changes to our system and warehouse operations and this has slightly slowed our overall service over the past few days for which we would like to apologize for again.

After further investigation today I can see that your order is currently in the process of being picked and packed ready to be dispatched to you. You will of course receive a full refund of your postage costs paid and your order will be dealt with as a priority to ensure that this is with you in the quickest possible time from this point.

Thank you again for your time and patience throughout this matter, it is greatly appreciated. Should you require any further assistance at all please do not hesitate to contact us again."

This was sent last Thursday, still nothing.

Yeah, a mate of mine has been waiting 3 weeks, they've told him it's out for delivery when it's not. Offered him a refund then not got back to him. It seems some people are just being unlucky at the moment, and there's no middle ground. You're either getting royally screwed, or getting normal service

Reply and moan again, it shouldn't be taking a week to pick and pack an order, let alone post it as well.

As steeds says, annoying really, as ive had nothing but good service from them

Call them, and explain that you'll start adding things to your order that you won't be charged for iif it delays past a given point.

I did this and got 2.5kg of instant oats for nada... haven't had a similar problem since (have had stock damaged when picked up by courier and whatnot, but it's normally resolved after a quick phone call).

The problem is, apparently no one is picking up the phones. That's why people are so outraged on FB. People want to know what's going on with their order and can't get any response from them

Yeah there's been something strange going on with MP for like a year now and it's been getting steadily worse (so it looks like anyway, all my orders have been fine)

Posted on their fb yesterday
It's no secret that we have been suffering some delivery issues over the past couple of weeks. We have constantly been working to resolve these issues and have been contacting affected customers as and when we have solutions to their problems.

An issue between ourselves and our courier partner DPD has arisen and we have launched a thorough investigation into this over the weekend. We plan to make an announcement later today with an explanation and solution to these problems, which will help to relieve the service issues experienced by a number of customers.

Thanks,

MP

General rules is post on their FB page rather than send in support tickets, get a much faster response but obviously there's only so much they can do if it really is a courier problem

Gonna make sure i order my next stuff well in advance, if i do end up ordering from them.
