I haven't used whey in about 4 months so it's about time I ordered more for post-workout. This has prompted me to look around alternatives to myprotein and I've seen a lot of fancy testosterone boosters and the like. Some being relatively cheap.
I know this forum generally preaches the "don't use them - diet is be all and end all" but I've been training for years now, I want to take it to the next level and look into trying out some pump supplements or natural boosters.
Any advice or recommendations?
