Drivers' placid temperaments never cease to amaze me; with all the scrums on the grid you'd have thought someone sometime would have exploded with obscenity-laden rage/frustration.

No, its down to the order the penalties have been applied. Rubens committed his offence before Jenson or Sutil so he got bumped back up the order as other penalities were applied.
