SWG Emu

I will be up for an Artisan profession never really got into that side of the game before, well started too after CU.
 
Just logged in for 5 mins to test it and set up a character on Basilisk.

Started in Mos Eisley, headed to the cantina. There was a massive Krayt Dragon Ancient outside going absolutely mental killing everyone LOL brilliant!

Yes, there are mission terminals on Basilisk :)
 
Silly question maybe. I played this before the NGE and CU and I seem to remember a newbie green droid being implemented which had some starter missions and additional help. Was I dreaming this?

I gave SWGEmu another go last week and I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten a good portion of what to do so I find I'm just wandering around Mos Eisley.

I was there! Got killed a couple of times by it before someone lured it away slightly so you could dash in and out of the cantina without getting smooshed :D
 
Can everyone post their names? Mine is Kutter, im doing scout and pistol with a bit of artisan at the moment. Back in the day i sat and grinded through 10 professions and i haven't got the time or will to do that again lol.

Currently have a couple of harvs on LOK for the wild wheat. So if anyone is grinding Doc let me know.
 
I'm Zefan. I am beginning to realise I shouldn't have picked brawler from the start as I want a bit of a change :p

Finding it amazingly confusing how to actually make any money from Brawler, I'm sure I used to be able to attack mobs and not die so quickly! Missions from Mos Eisley are completely impossible.
 
I got this working again last night, I'm amazed at just how far they've come with it!

Name is Eecao Rache, should get onto Basilisk tonight hopefully!

Going by my old memory for pre-cu days normally have to get a buff or two if you go solo for combat,or do some easy delivery missions for cash.

took me ages to get a speeder!! Now to get 2 handed swords 3 Armour and enough money and buffs and food and drugs and hit up dant.

Am bloody surprised I unlocked jedi twice precu lol.
 
Lol, I haven't even got a speed and I'm still poor. Just been sampling and crafting, sampling and crafting.

Gave up on rifle for the moment, the starter binding points are always full off n00bies thing all the kills :( hy ct it be empty for a bit so I can level rifle up.

Oh yeah! I remember I was always in a group when I first started, then when I came back to the game and put much more time in to it the CU had hit and you didn't really need buffs much at all.
 
I've always gone human, the other races are ugly :p

Decided to make a new character as a medic but I can't seem to delete my old one, keeps bringing up an error message! Server seems to be down now anyway :(
 
I'll be on later, I would like to place some extractors, and then unlock smuggler (needs Brawler 4xxx and Marksman xx4x I think).

In game character is Phyl Deckard, I'll add some people to my friends list tonight, it will be much easier to gain xp in a group!
