got my refund and ordered a refurb hudl 2 for £89. Much happier and it runs hearthstone fluid which these for many reasons can not even launch.
 
Sent mine back today it just kept coming up with more problems everyday hard to believe these are being sold as they are very unstable
 
Did anyone get the OcUK Ultima 7" IPS 8GB Tablet PC?
If so what do you think of it? Or is it pretty similar to the 10" one?
 
It the 7 and 10 and seven I think is better. Faster and better screen. Feels more responsive to
 
I've finally got hold of the one I bought for my mum, rooted it using the link a page or so back and all seems good. Unfortunately, when I put an SD card in, the screen turns off?!?!

I then tried rebooting, with the SD card in, it seems to be stuck saying 'Android' on the screen. Holding the power button down for 10+ seconds doesn't appear to turn it off.

Who would have thought £50 was over priced for this...
 
I found to my error that these cheap android tablets are rubbish. I returned mine to OCUK for a refund and another one I got off an auction site lasted about 3 months and had terrible viewing angles.

I've since bought a Linx 10" Windows 8.1 (check out the thread in the tablet forum) and a Lenovo A8-50 and S8-50 which are still really cheap but are excellent known brand Android tablets that knock spots off the Samsung and more expensive ones. The screen and viewing angles are superb.
