Tabletop Warhammer?

what gaming mats does everyone use? looking for either a folding card one or rollable neoprene.

Green felt....

Planning on all new models to be goblin green and flock with some classic books for hills under the felt.

I've got a giant neoprene winter mat from deep cut studios that's good quality.

Was looking at a muddy ww1 esque one that I had seen but going old school with green felt.

I've made some but found it hard to apply it. What do you use for application?

I've been assembling and paining some empire soldiers for old world and the joints on these old miniatures can be dreadful!
How thick did you make it?

I just use it as glue. Squeeze the model then try and spread and smooth/blend the excess into the model.

Also if anyone is going to make some. I seen a tip to use a different color of sprue. Makes it easy to spot for clean up if required

If you’re brand new to those armies maybe. Chaos one is just a worse version of the Christmas box.

Playing poorhammer on Sat. Printed out terrain templates on paper as still not received my plastic ones, using app for missions as no mission cards either (I quite like having those physically).

salt and pepper pots for tank proxies?

new points are interesting. looks like Tau came out ok! nothing to do with it being the most profitable faction.

Chaos got slammed on so many units. I’m playing with my fisters on Sat anyway as the chaos stuff is in too many bits to get ready.
On a plus, Heldrake is still poor, but usuable at least. Think il let that deadlyprint fire thing to mount it. Try make a green flame
