Depends where the tank is, but if its in the loft then the Bathroom would logically be cooler and won't have travelled through as many pipes that could be old and a bit manky.

I still don't understand people who buy bottled water though. I'd get a filter, but water at home and work tastes fine to me.

Yes, it tastes loads better when im at home, a lot colder as well.

Depends really.

A lot of houses have a tank in the loft for upstairs water thats could be manky whereas downstairs the water comes straight from the mains
