Was £13 for an Adult ticket, and was around 2h30m
Normal movie prices are £7.95 for an Adult ticket at our cinema, so like you say around double the cost.
(Just checked and Taylor Swift is £13.13 for Child / £19.89 for an Adult at our local)
Pretty sure it’s because Taylor has set the price directly with the cinema, so no wiggle room on what they charge or any discounts.Further to add to this, my friend who is a policeman and he can get a discount for the cinema with codes, he says the code doesn't work for this.
I am wondering if Limitless worked for this either...I doubt it, so essentially you had to pay full price to see this.
There's an undertone of it in several articles online (random selections):Who was ever claiming that?
$250 million for filming your concert for a few days though? Pretty impressive profit on that, and they did deals directly with the cinemas.
Half for her alsoThe Beyonce concert film comes out next week....I think it will make less money though, unless she controls the ticket prices like Taylor did.
