ecxcess of 500kcal a day = 1lb per week weight gain.

either 1) you arent eating enough, or 2) your aren't training hard enough

Good news, weighed myself this morning, bang on 16st. Lost 1st so far I am so happy, and my diet is going well and the exercise

I am pretty much exactly the same as you. 5"9 16st and stretch marks everywhere. Sigh. Been meaning to go to the gym but A level coursework is really mounting up on me at the moment. I suppose I will start posting in here as well. For me it is more the diet, than the lack of exercise, since I play rugby 4 times a week, but then ahppily munch away on a XL Pizza. Race you to 13 st

im going to be keeping an eye on this. as im doing the same as you. just started on monday, but am trying to do it all without a gym membership. using the local park and roads to run lots. squash courts. pool and weights bench at my mates house
