Teeth brushing in the morning

WTF? Why would you brush before? It's pointless, plus freshly brushed teeth and food are not a good combo.

Odd people.

Pointless? So you wake up with clean teeth and fresh breath?

Supposed to brush, wait, eat, wait, re-brush or mouthwash.

Brushing after eating is not a good combo either.

I eat as soon as I get up, I only give myself like 30 minutes to get out the door in the morning so I'm not brushing my teeth, waiting, eating, waiting, and re-brushing.

It's pointless because I'm just about to eat.

It's not pointless! In that case, why bother cleaning at all? I'm guessing you don't shower either if you only have 30 mins to leave the house.

Should I brush my teeth after every meal?

It is important that you brush twice a day with a toothpaste containing fluoride. The best times are before breakfast and last thing at night before you go to bed.

Eating and drinking naturally weakens the enamel on your teeth, and brushing straight afterwards can cause tiny particles of enamel to be brushed away. It is best not to brush your teeth until at least one hour after eating.

Where does you energy come from? Surely you need breakfast before exercise.

Training on an empty stomach is supposed to be pretty good. No idea how people do it first thing in the morning though.
