Teeth whitening - Recommended kits?

Just go to your dentist and get a scale and polish or a clean, whatever they call it. thats what I do, half the time I only clean my teeth once a day, smoke and drink coffee, but my teeth are white, also an oral b electric toothbrush.

Wow, is that the price these days? Or is that your total price including the dental work? It was £250 when I had it done (whitening). Most of that cost was for the impressions.

Yeah mine is 375 but this includes the moulds/impressions and also the teeth whitening stuff itself.

The dentist didn't recommend the 'quick fix' solution of sitting in a chair for 90mins using the Philips Zoom. She was very disappointed and that was at her own surgery. :o

Has anyone got any recommendations for in seat whitening in London? There must be a place that only specialises in this?

What is the going cost these days?

Or just go to the dentist and pay £100-£200 for the moulds, they buy the philips zoom yourself. I normally buy 6 tubes for around £60-90. For the moulds and philips kit my dentist wanted £350. The mark up on what they want to charge for the gel is insane as they basically do nothing for it.

I'm still surprised at the result I've got from just sometimes mixing in whitening versions of the toothpaste and mouthwash I use, started accidentally due to product substitution during 2020 with the pandemic causing availability problems. And that is without even cutting tea and chocolate, etc. from my diet which would probably improve it again.

with gen Z craze for white teeth lot's of parables in below BBC programme
people still don't get that veneers will need replacing - pretty much a self mutilation proposal.

From what I've seen, the process for veneers is completely WTF... You'd have to be seriously narcissistic to want to go pretty much have healthy teeth removed and fake crap glued in to your mouth. When I first saw some pics I thought it was a make up procedure for a horror film or some post apocalypse Mad Max character!
