Tell me something i don't know...

The initials are the Bayerische Motoren Werke but the sign in the middle represents an aircrafts propeller.

There was a TV show on a while ago, Megafactories I think it was, where they visited teh BMW factory. One of the head honchos from BMW rubbished the aicraft propellor theory and said it was solely based on the Bavarian flag!

Wiki said:
MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3, more commonly referred to as MP3, is a patented digital audio encoding format using a form of lossy data compression. A Bit About Google

Caffeine lets us index web pages on an enormous scale. In fact, every second Caffeine processes hundreds of thousands of pages in parallel. If this were a pile of paper it would grow three miles taller every second. Caffeine takes up nearly 100 million gigabytes of storage in one database and adds new information at a rate of hundreds of thousands of gigabytes per day. You would need 625,000 of the largest iPods to store that much information; if these were stacked end-to-end they would go for more than 40 miles.

If you expanded an apparently smooth table tennis ball to the size of the earth, it would have valleys 10 miles deep and mountains 10 miles high.

A newborn baby has 350 bones, but a fully- grown adult has only 206. :p

But ... but where do they go? Mind officially blown.

Content : road traffic lights go from red (stop) straight to green (go) in New Zealand. Amber is not used. So yeah, this sounded more interesting before I started typing it out ...

The US F-22 Raptor costs $150 million per unit making it the most expensive fighter plane ever produced.

By comparison, an F-14 Tomcat cost around $38 million before being retired in 2006.
