...Psych!
I need to do some serious work to the ZS, want to try and have one of the quickest TD's so it's time for a new head with possibly porting, and also a hybrid turbo as mine is smoking slighty.
When I start, I'll get some pics in a thread. Never had a head off before...
Anyway, I needed a car to use while the work is done, so I didn't have to rush.
I had a punt on eBay, price Lowest first looking for a rotbox with MOT and tax.. and got this!
It's a very rusty 416 LE, with loads of options like Air Con... and that's it.
Other features include steel wheels with a missing trim, a very inaccurate fuel gauge, copious amounts of rust, and a rattly rear speaker
Some more pictures of my quality metal:
Oh yeah, and it's also been crashed into on the passenger side, damaging the doors. They still work and lock, and even the electric window is fine.
I noticed after a nice shower of rain that a lake had formed in the passenger side, so out with the Mastik on the roof:
At least the inside is immaculate, that's all I care about.
With Haynes, for when it breaks!
All in all it's pretty comfy, but nothing special. Did a 200 mile journey and it did it just fine, cruising at quite high speed. The A/C even works!
Just wanted to keep you guys up to date with my shenanigans.
