Tenants of another flat put rubbish in my bin

For those who say what's the problem, up here we can be fined for putting the wrong stuff in the wrong bin plus they usually won't empty it as well. I would be pretty ****** off if someone put their rubbish in my bin and I got fined for it plus we only have them emptied every three weeks so a missed collection would rapidly be a problem.

To prevent being fined you should use your neighbours bin like most of us on here do.

I find a £20 note at Christmas means I could put a dead body in a bin and the bin men would just smile and wave. They did say the lorry's lifter would barely empty the wheelie bin once, and to not put QUITE as much rubble in it next time...
