Well a trailer I saw referred to the main character having to be "dead..." So I figured it was some mirror of the world "reflection" reverse from this one that runs time opposite.
Thus he can cross over and be at a scene just before it happens one way....
Whatever it's going to be lots of weird head****s and time twisting bs.

Next trailer has landed (after being debuted in Fortnite of all places). Still intrigued, and watched it because the movie itself will still be months away at least... but I kinda wish I hadn't.

wait did this actually get leaked? in terrible quality? saw on another forum someone linked to an adult website to a video warner brothers had removed.
people on the forum were just saying how bad the quality was and not if it was the actual movie or just some unreleased clip

My post was unrelated to that, it was a play on the plot of the movie, time inversion in the current timeline

I really doubt it. I think there will be nods to Inception but there's no way the studio would let him make Inception 2 without labelling it as such. Everyone knows financially it's a much safer bet to make a sequel rather than something new.
Agreed, doubt its the case.
However its worth noting since the success of Dark Knight and Inception, Nolan has got a free pass and massive sway to do as he likes with WB.
Up in the air when this will be released now and could differ country by country, was originally planned for a near simultaneous worldwide release.

Are they still insisting on a Cinema release for this?
The country by country/city approach seems like they're waiting for cinemas to be fully operational again but that's going to take a while. I did read they're opening some in China but at this rate surely it's better to release on a streaming platform or online, it's going to end up leaking before it's widely released.
