Brilliant gaff by old Quick - but if the arrested would only watch the news they would have known they were about to be jumped on

Just looked on the BBC and now its up to 11 people.....anyone want to open a book on the final number??

Lol my housemate was walking past and said that some guy was hand cuffed on the floor. A student inside has blatently camera phoned it and sent it in (OP).

Not as bad as some but at least you learn not to use apostrophes for possessive pronouns, unlike you have done.

No my university didn't teach courses on how to spell on web forums. Clearly yours did. For some reason mine thought other issues where a little more important.

So they were not arsed whether or not you could write in your native language? It is, after all, primary school level. That, however, is not my point. My point is that you shouldn't really criticise others when you are not as smart as you think.

I don't think I'm smart, I haven't said I do, I was pointing out that LJMU is pants. Those are two very different points young'en.

I would not consider it two different points at all. The tone of your posts suggests that LivJMU provides a sub-standard education. In some departments it may, but we know apostrophes.

In a more serious tone, LivJMU is an ex poly and retains a lot of the vocational courses. Something you'd expect. It may not lend itself to producing great figures but it does have a decent physics department.

Just been reading about this copper's career. He was in charge of that siege in Hackney a few years back that lasted for about 15 days. Personally I thought that was an embarrassment for the police as it lasted so long and the disruption it caused, but the powers that be thought otherwise and promoted him because of it.

What the hell is going on in the top echelons of the police? It reminds me of Cressida Dick getting promoted after she ran the botched operation that killed Jean Charles de Menezes :mad:

Exactly, it was just a paniced reaction by, once again, people in our government being crap with confidential data.

And yet the law was passed the other day that basically allows them really increase their watch on our internet activities BIN LADEN!!
