Stuffing the special duties sections of our police forces with serial shaggers and the kind of dishonest ****ers who have no qualms about getting beered up on tens of thousands of public money does make for a very malleable security establishment doesn't it.

If that doesn't work it's nothing an ill-fated camping holiday or Sunday afternoon stroll in the woods can't solve ;)
 
I doubt it too. The cynic in me is saying that:

(a) I think Mr Quick may have actually intended for the file to be photographed, but the why alludes me. Perhaps he wanted to stop or indeed, rush the operation?​

(b) This will be - or indeed simply is - just another drum-beat from our beloved Home Secretary looking to fool more people into giving up freedoms they didn't need to. Keep it in the news and keep it on the agenda.​

Corruption? last time i checked anyhting with humans involved has corruption.
hell the goverment is the most corrupt in the world, the bankers are corrupt, even the religions are corrupt.
human nature is corrupt in nearly every way, their are few true selfless people out their.
 
Quick has now resigned. He's now gone up in my estimation. You don't get many resignations under nu-Labour, no matter how heinous the crime.
