TDU stupidly wouldn't even recognise it one bit so I'm stuffed. I just started a new game but cba to put the work in again
51% Complete, 2mill and a ton of cars all gone. Most prolly going to stick this on MM now, cba to start from scratch. All this because I tried to just innocently backup my savegame onto a memcard.

/me slaps with a debeaked headcrab...
A warning for anyone - Do NOT backup your savegames onto a memcard. Whoever Atari's QA dept are, they're totally useless. This game has the most fragile save system I've ever seen, and people are losing weeks of work in seconds.
I've had to restart my game, and have returned to Chump level but losing my first saved game has totally killed my enjoyment of TDU. So much so that I spend half my time pondering as to weather its worth me continuing to play incase I get a corrupt msg again.
Sorry to hear about your savegames Nokkon & ~J~
