Not sure about the RUF bit. But they're in the game, however cars I don't think are available, same with lexus.

There are a lot of cars to choose from, but yes, there is mission styld gameplay. You do missions which = money = Manufacturers becoming available = cars becoming available.

It's pretty simple. I've just orderd mine. I played the Beta really good. Enjoyed it, best bit is being able to drive around with other people

I have not gone out and bought a game from the shops for about a year, but this looks so damn good I cant wait until Monday for delivery

Having just started driving (well, a year now) I'm going through that age where you're obsessed with cars so this game should be awesome for me

If you have enough cash to spare, get a Logitech G25. I don't have one, but have heard great things about them. This game is a Sim type, but arcady too. So mixed driving feels. Wait until you get into a Lamborghini Murchielago, damn that thing sounds great when it pulls.

Finally i can make some decent radio stations, love the soulwax song on tdu but after about the 10th time of hearing it, starting to get on my nerves.

I havent tried my G25 yet. But heard a lot of negative comments on it and TDU.

For radio stations you don't need that program, also I think that program overwrites the default stations :confused:

just do as it says in the manual as I quoted on the previous page and also on that same thread where that bloke made that pointless program

not sure if anyone is meeting ingame at all :confused:

I seem to be good at finding german and french players atm.

Ok just installed it, so far I've had to restart my PC about 3 times, the game won't remember my wheel settings and runs ok apart from the odd lurch and frame skip (similar to Oblivion loading distant objects)

I'm not sure if there are any wheel settings to play with but there is a huge deadzone which makes this game unplayable.

I hope it gets better because so far this looks and feels awful. :confused:

Yeah must have been your comment i read a few mintues ago, i tried the program didn't work well, so did everything myself by hand, works now. Will see if i can find you in the game at some point.

Just installed the game and it is BRILLIANT. Everything went very smooth - I had no problems entering the cd-key and gamespy account name & password, it was connected to the server in no time.

Didn't see any one cruising around though but did see some online races.

Where do you access the detail graphics settings?? I can only adjust the video resolution, brightness, aa, HDR and the level of details.

Btw i am not online with mine yet due to problems getting connected to tdu servers "maybe router prob i duno". Theres one thing im woundering about that can put me off in tdu online.

Its when ** racing and some ppl that arnt racing near you and they think hmm ill ruin his position by ramming him lol. Can they do this and ruin online races or is collision detection sorta configured so ppl cant touch u in a race but once race is over they can???

Nope, when your in a race or anything like that, you are in single player, online players can't get involved. It's only when your are crusing round or join a online race that you see the people online.

Anyone else having any problems with the game not saving/updating properly? Earlier today I bought a TVR and tuned it and spent about 2 hours racing and completing LOADS of missions. It said saving game and I exited. A couple of hours later I came back to it and it had no memory of me having a TVR or completing ANY of those races! I bought another TVR thinking it was a one off glitch and it's bleedin' well forgotten again! :mad:

I cba to play it until I find out why it's happening, which is annoying because the game is brilliant! Do you have to go back to your home to save the game or something?
