it wouldn't accept it whatever i tried.
it seems the atari/gamespy servers have a seperate list of nicks in addition to those nicks associated to your actual gamespy ID, and if, in my case, mort has already been used (Even though this is my actual gamespy ID) then it refuses it.
I love this game, but envy 360 users with the live service. Perhaps it would have been better for Atari/Eden to wait and use this game with Windows Live for Vista.

Fireskull said:bit crap, why wont it work if you uninstall and delete everything from C:\documents and settings\%your username%\local settings\application data. in the first place then reinstall again

Tom1138 said:small question, it says you can create your own radio with your own MP3's or shortcuts of MP3's. Do they mean the actual file themselves or shortcuts to the music folders (like GTA San Andreas)?
Looks like you can use mp3s or shortcutsuser guide said:You can create as many as 4 Radio Stations for each profile. The main folder
must be created in the user’s profile storage:
“My Documents\Test Drive Unlimited\savegame\PROFILE_NAME\Radio”.
In it, you can create upto 4 folders (the folder name will be the Radio Station
name). This is where you can edit your station tracks, there are four kinds of
files allowed:
- MP3 audio files.
- M3U play list files (the M3U file must be created in this folder otherwise it will
not work; the file will not work in-game if it is copied from another location to
this folder).
- Shortcuts to MP3 audio files.
- Shortcuts to M3U play list files.
