1. Yes

2. No, well you can go into showrooms/houses/clothes shops.

3. You can change the color/interior/spec on most cars.

4. Runs > 40FPS all the time with my X1900XTX with 6xAA and 16xAF without HDR. :)


Edit: found the file, opened the ports, see what happens :o

no dont think so, only basics (colour blah)

itll be ok, some people with 8800's are complaining of crap fps.

tbh not all the bikes r slow! i got the most expensive class a bike, the agusta one or summit, and put tech3 tuning on it and lets just say its a beast :P

You get a bonus for perfects? Damn, earlier today I did a long courier mission arriving with a value of $89,950 - losing just $50 because I clipped the barrier while taking a motorway bend. At over $40k it must be the most expensive fleck of paint ever!
 
There's one race which a right female dog - for some reason it's only a Pro difficulty timetrial but it's bloody hard, you have to drive 7miles in 3mins which works out at an average of 140mph. Way harder than any of the Expert difficulty races I've tried and it looks like I might have to leave that one until I get an Enzo or similar.
 
Can anyone tell me if tehre are mroe as 3 tunign shops, i can only find 3:
Todays american tuning.
Some other tunign shop for british independants i think.
Japanese auto parts

Is this all? I'm sure i've heard someone talk about a tuned mustang, yet I cant see any otehr than 3 tuning shops on the map.
Expert lvl and 45% through the game btw...

Really want mroe tuning especially for merc's and for a ford mustang i want tuning, can't stand the 250 kph limiter on the merc's ( meh the damn envoirementalists even bug you ingame, forced germany's cars to be limited @ 250kph, this is annoying in real life, but never expected envoirmentalists to ruin driving in games for me :mad: )

If its liek the 360 version then itll be hundreds of you in one big map. Is the PC verison the same as the 360 version in that you can only see 8 people online at once? or have they made it better for the PC users?
 
If you go into satallite view you can actually see all the players on the server under "Player" option.

But in roaming mode it only gives you the directions to the nearest 8 players around you I think.

Use you map which you got with the game. For some reason tuning shops are not show on the map until you visit them. Which is different to the car showrooms as they are show but grey out if you have not visited (visit all to buy bikes).
 
Starting to like this game now. Only one thing bothering me. The fact that peoples mics are picking up everything!

I dont know how to turn it off either, all i can hear is peoples music, echo from tv's and people shouting anything!

Wish i could find out how to turn it off becuase it is driving me nuts!
 
Yeah unfortunately you get some people who use speakers and microphones at the same time :(

Seems common sense to me that if you have a mic active, you should be using headphones.

Ok, i've changed my mind :p I've got a Kawasaki something or other and tuned it. I'm fudding loving it now!
