Yeah, its a pretty bad map :/




If you want good customs then try cp_broma and cp_steel_b4 or whatever beta its up to. Those are very well polished custom maps. cp_castle4 is nice too.

Theres also some good CTF maps like ctf_turbine_v3 and ctf_impact2 and ctf_mach4 etc ctf_chaos is good too.

cp_redstone is another good one, although my experience of custom maps is somewhat limited due to so many noob servers running extremely crap custom-made map rotations.

Yeah, theres only a few servers that run custom maps which are actually popular all the time.

Simiancage custom map server is busy most of the time etc. The only trouble is that it messes around with the spawn times for insta spawn so it breaks a lot of the maps CP maps where you have 32 people insta spawning are just spammy and overcrowded

I've got 5hrs at work tomorrow doing a maintenance shutdown, no servers and no network, but a broadband connection and a laptop battery and possibly a TF2 install
