My right knee is causing some increasing amount of pain! Give it a break, keep squatting or go see a physio?
Obvious answer is obvious.
How about stuff like Muller Rice pots? Not the end of the world as people put it.
Problem is that low in fat means low in taste, so manufacturers compensate by throwing more sugar in. In addition, the more processed the food, the less nutritional value it has and can be considered crap on your diet.
Try to go for the full fat ones, bit tastier, nothing wrong with 10 grams of extra fat a day and a bit healthier as well.
I have a shake at breakfast at the moment, I'm going to start taking some boiled eggs to work but if I have them for brek too that'll be 5/6 eggs a day which seems a bit much (not to mention there'll be no room in my fridge for anything except eggs!)
To those that make their own shakes with oats etc, do you just use plain whey powder and powdered oats? Should I be looking at any particular oats or just a sack of the stuff from Tesco?
