Lynchy, look at what I put. No need to add shrugs or other things.
You seem like you are new to training so your forarms will be worked hard by what I have mentioned.
For biceps, do some barbell or ez bar curls.

Excellent, that is if you are looking for something to make you wee everytime you sip some water!

Concentration- nothing noticed
Pump- nothing noticed
Extra feeling- nothing.

Will try 3 scoops on sat before gym, if nothing then I'm giving up on it. The BA tingle on lips is nice, but not worth it at this price :p
 
ECA then if it's messing with your body core temperature and heart rate. Probably T5's. Wonder if you'll get any sleep lol

Sounds like it, been offered some t5's, tempted tbh!

didn't think you could get Eph in the UK, have they revised the laws? There's a substitute though which is legal but I forget the name.

Plenty of places sell ECA stacks, uk websites delivering from uk storage!

Everyone I speak to in the gym seems to at some point caused a shoulder injury on the bench press. I'm tempted to just stick to dumbbells for pressing even if they only go to 50Kg.

Only 50's? Benching 50kg db's is not to be sniffed at fella :)
