It's highly unlikely he bulks. He eats what he needs to eat to maintain a specific amount of mass.
After years of eating lots of good food and lots of leg specific exercise he has grown.

This is not odd and is not out of the ordinary for someone at the top of the world in their sport.
 
I dont really see the point, the legs are the engine, the arms are the steering wheel, like saying why are f1 cars so powerful yet the wheel are just thing and rubbish.


He's talking about his shape in regards to normal aesthetics. PS has stated he understands why he is out of proportion, he is just saying that if you stood him next to other people that have spent time in a professional sport he would look add with his legs being so dominating compared to the rest of his frame :)
 
I asked about info I made a mistake in my post, got ignored, corrected it got labelled "gay", then a user said I should have done something years ago, thanks for that captain hindsight.

Sometimes I wonder why so many people help random members of the forum when you post things like that.
The amount of times someone ignores advice or is abusive about the advice, yet still posters in here offer them more should they request it, is crazy. They dont deserve more help yet people spend their time doing just that, helping them.

Never mind though, if you cannot see all the encouragement and help that gets given in here then it is you who is blind, it's not us being unhelpful or ignorant.
 
Not posted in here for a while so a little update for those interested, I've quit weight lifting all together now and really focused on shrinking (yes shrinking). I Really took a good look at my diet and cut out all the processed stuff the worst being the sweeties :o, but still have a treat once a week to keep morale up (chicken shish with salad).

I was so used to bulking previously to maintain/increase strength I never actually thought about cutting lol, so basically I'm seeing the fruits of all the lifting I have done over the years slowly but surely sticking to three meals a day. I literally just walk six to eight miles a day and work the pads in the evening with my partner, I'll hit these pads two thousand times. Not much to some but walking long distances combined with boxing and sensible eating I've dropped four stone so far not to mention a lot of strength :cool:.

I am starting to plateau now with the weight loss but thats to be expected, I'm twenty stone now aiming for eighteen stone this year then I'll be happy.

I know what you mean though, I'm swimming loads at the mo (not losing weight though) and am slowly getting much fitter.

Keep it up and you'll hit 18st and feel much better than before :D
