Great stuff, thanks Morba.

It's one of those things that I've never really considered, I know you need the ROM and flexibility but not paid it much attention as I can go as low as I need.

Recent events have made me think more about my hips though (wife will need a hip replacement in the near future (shes not 40 yet), brother in law had a hip replacement in '07 (he's 30 now), daughter has a not yet mature hip (but not displysia) and shes only 4 months old.

So well worth everyone dropping a couple of the exercises in before a good squat session, it might improve squat strength or just safety :)
 
I'm being told that superpump max is better than jack3d, and then its even better again when stacked with plasmajet.

anyone know of those 2?
 
A pack of ham is nothing though, about 35kcal per slice.
I have a packet of ham and a packet of chicken some days for lunch, works out 300kcal and is mostly protein.
 
I've got a 12" box that i do box squats on sometimes, just done 700 step ups on it. Given it's step up and down that's about half way up the Eiffel tower and back down.
Legs feel interesting!!
 
I never had a doner! They stink so not gonna have one no matter how drunk I am.
Double grease burgers with cheese and big bag of chips though, mmmmmmmm
 
Know that feeling. I think im small and lacking in mass. I think that comes from having too much fat atm, it completely changes my view on my body.

just randomly looked at myself on webcam, in the right light and with the right pose i look HUGE, the mirror and my own eyes tell me different though lol
 
That's what the leg pads are for, to stop you thrashing around and to allow you to stabilise yourself ;)
 
Yeah completely. the gym i goto on a Sat, the benches are quiet high, so im on my toes for ground contact, thats on flat bench :(
 
Wow at the protein argument lol. That's just, well, whatever lol.

One thing I know, people will advise you to take as much of a product as the can if they are also trying to sell you some of that product.

Maybe you should lay off whatever is giving you high blood pressure as it's effecting your posting ;)

Clearly not all doctors know what they are talking about, so there is another duff analogy from you.
