Djdom, I actually love the ab DOMsObviously it makes sitting up painful at times, but it's a bearable ache compared to that of legs!
2.5 a week is great, that's 10kg a month![]()

Best thing is if you have cast iron plates on the bar for either squat, bench or OHP. Driving with so much power that when you reach the end of the rep you get a little 'chink' as the plates bounce around on the bar![]()
Note of advice: Never take a fat stripper before heavy weights!
