:p

On a serious note, an hour or so after my workout ended, I still feel physically drained and dizzy. I'm going to slap my gym mate next time I see him!

Protein and food :)

Generally don't take anything pre workout, just the usual coffee or fruit, he said it would raise my heart rate and give me more energy. Felt like I had the shakes and dizzy!

No gym for me today :(. Too tired, almost fell asleep in a physics lesson which isn't great :), It's ok though I'm rowing at 8 tomorrow morning :(. I've decided though that I'm going to test my 1RMs next week, not sure what I would have done otherwise, either started the next program or had another week of cardio and fun weights :). Hopefully I'll see some good improvements of my last lifts.

I'm hoping for something like:
Deadlift: 190kg+ (I want 200 really :))
Squat: 160kg+
Bench: 100kg (I doubt I'll get higher than that, I got it a few weeks ago but it was a crappy rep so hopefully I can make it clean this time :))

Tough gym session today, I had a 4 hour written exam, followed by a 1.5 hour break and then a two hour lecture. Still blasted out my HST workout though!

Fat stripper.... Eca or t5 sort of thing?

Can't remember the name of it, he did buy it from a supplement store but asked the legality of it from a competition perspective and they weren't able to tell him.

Suppose to raise body temperature, heart rate etc. I'm still ******, not had a good effect on me at all. Done quite a heavy chest session too and I've barely been able to eat since! I'm completely and utterly drained. Feel awful :(

Everyone I speak to in the gym seems to at some point caused a shoulder injury on the bench press. I'm tempted to just stick to dumbbells for pressing even if they only go to 50Kg.

Probably because they're not retracting their shoulder blades properly and are placing too much of the load on the delts. Oddly I injured my RC's with DB press in my first year of training. No problems on bars at all :)

ECA then if it's messing with your body core temperature and heart rate. Probably T5's. Wonder if you'll get any sleep lol

Sounds like it, been offered some t5's, tempted tbh!

didn't think you could get Eph in the UK, have they revised the laws? There's a substitute though which is legal but I forget the name.

Plenty of places sell ECA stacks, uk websites delivering from uk storage!

Only 50's? Benching 50kg db's is not to be sniffed at fella :)

Really? I'm so unclued up. I know you can get 'eph' like the diamond labs stuff but I didn't know you could get ephedrine HCL! I was pondering importing from Canada :)

That's the one, mate. Ephedrine, caffeine, asprin. Feel so light header, almost drunk but not able to sleep it off :p Weird that my body has reacted this way!

Oh well!
