What happens if I put a £5 bet on the other day for England to win and placed another £15 mid-game? I guess I'll only get one refunded (the first one?)

If you don't want a 'full on' spreadsheet I just use a simple one with columns like this:

Bookie-Username-Comment-Balance-Bet1-Odds1-Stake1-Returns1-Bet2-Odds2...... up to bet5 (rarely have more than 5x bets at same time with same bookie). Comments is used to flag anything dodgy like low limits, difficulties withdrawing etc. Bet columns I populate with my own shorthand like fra>hon, fra+hon>2.5 or whatever. Then some random field to hold a running total of my net deposits so I can keep track of things overall.
