Just stuck my £15 free bet from the 888 Sports promotion (3x £5 for Brazil goals) on Netherlands to win at 12.00. Uruguay screwed a few of my initial accas up.

If you don't want a 'full on' spreadsheet I just use a simple one with columns like this:
Bookie-Username-Comment-Balance-Bet1-Odds1-Stake1-Returns1-Bet2-Odds2...... up to bet5 (rarely have more than 5x bets at same time with same bookie). Comments is used to flag anything dodgy like low limits, difficulties withdrawing etc. Bet columns I populate with my own shorthand like fra>hon, fra+hon>2.5 or whatever. Then some random field to hold a running total of my net deposits so I can keep track of things overall.
