I almost had a stroke when Argentina had the goal disallowed :(

It's also worth saying that £1000 was the max the bookies would accept. I wanted to place £1500 on, but it was declined. Even after 32 mins (when I bet), I would have needed to deposit and bet with 2 bookies and I just couldn't be arsed.

Good weekend for me, nearly £3.9k profit to make up for some failures earlier in the tournament:

RvP Anytime £500 @ 2/1
Arg-Ger draw at HT, £954.55 @ 10/11
Arg-Ger draw at HT/FT, £500 @ 4/1 [this seemed overpriced to me given under 2.5 goals was quite short i.e. likely to be cagey low scoring game]
 
Had £2 on James Rodriguez top goalscorer at 430/1. Unfortunately traded out after second round matches, so only won £260 :( Not bad, but still. Gutting.

Literally no idea who any of these teams are, might just take your suggestions and stick a few quid on each :p

Shame that Wimbledon was on at the same time as the WC otherwise it could have been a nice replacement :(
