I put 20 on holland tonite and won 80!. Argentina or Germany tmr? I just feel Germany will win if they can stop messi like the Dutch did. But something tells me Argentinas name is on that cup just to rub it in more on Brazils disaster world cup
 
I've got a £20 free bet for the final that has to be placed at odds under 7/1. Any ideas? Hummels to score anytime is just under that. Or I could just be boring and put it on Argentina to win, which would soften the blow of my Germany bets not coming through.

I only need Messi/Muller now which should happen, anyone know how much i get back with Ronaldo/Dzeko both dead heats?
 
You'll either lose and get nothing, or if the bookies are feeling particularly kind it'll be half odds (as is the case with Golden Boot). Who did you place it with? It should say in the market rules.
 
I placed it with Paddypower, they have Dzeko/Ronaldo as wins but those 2 tied so the odds get lowered.I think it's £300 or so return but i am sure i am wrong.
 
Decided to play a bet on Holland to win last night, so popped into Coral before the pub. I only got odds of 9/5 on a Holland win, pathetic :(

Online it was at least 23/10
 
My bets for tonight are quite different to my usual 'Score/Win' bets...


I was going to drop about £30 on Germany to win. But better odds, and 'backside saving' was to split it over more likely occurrences...

If you felt it was going to be a win for NL, you should have gone with the Halftime/Fulltime leading team - always has better odds as there is a chance they won't score in the first half (or lead). As I said above, instead of a NL to win of 23/10, I got a NL/NL half/full of 4/1.

I think it's half stake applied to the bet, so you're would be at £1.25 instead of £5 and you'd get £542.95 :)
 
Ended up going with this tonight, prefer a few smaller bets, never know!

Don't people think that it is too obvious that Germany will win? ;)

Just signed up to SkyBet. Put £7.50 in the account which was matched - so i've £7.50 on Argentina HT/FT and the matched bet of £7.50 was split across all their somewhat ridiculous price boosts (8 in total), at absolutely ridiculous odds - for 50p to £1 stake, they were returning between £50-£100. If any actually occur, it'll be drinks on me.
