I can easily. Double the portion. my point was that a basic mass gainer type of shake can provide easy calories.

Creatine totally isn't regarded as dodgy. The Guardian is often amazingly and laughably wrong with anything relating to...well...anything.

I cycle twice a week and burn around 2500 cals a week doing it. Plus what ever i burn doing 90 mins weight's sessions.
How far do you cycle? 2500 kcal is a lot to burn cycling. I speak as someone that usually cycles 150-300 miles per week
