Fair bit better.

Now you just need to use your legs properly and you'll be golden. :)

And yes, a power clean is a clean with a catch above parallel.

Is the full clean simply the same technique, but just catching the bar a lot lower?

Pretty much. In weightlifting from what I've seen it tends to be a case of lifters powercleaning low % weights then as it gets heavier they obvs have to pull themselves under the bar more so it's more of a gradual transition rather than a different movement, e.g. Ilya (GOAT!) here in the training hall starts off power cleaning 120kg at 03:10ish and around 200kg it gets more clean-like till the 220kg at the end where it's a full clean.

BRB not going too heavy before competition. BRB 220kg like the plates are inflatables.

Most people aren't WL'ers though so learn the power clean in a horrible fashion without ever learning the full clean and you see... well.

Gained 9lbs in 10 days on holiday, legitimate fat gains as well. Went away with the lads, lived off Ale, Pizza and Chips feel like ****. Did Legs Monday and still cant walk, hadn't had any time off the gym (over 2 days a week) since New year and i'd forgot the pain :(

How often do you guys go to the Gym?

I've been going at least 5 times a week recently, I thought I'd be bored but its quite addictive :)

I started at 3, progressed to 4 and currently training 5 times a week. It's working well so I will stick with this frequency until I feel it's necessary to adapt it.

Used to do 4, now do 3 - Prefer to have an extra day at home doing things at the moment.

Basically:

Monday: Snatch
Weds: Squats/Bench/Rows/Chins/RDLs
Friday: Cleans

That's it basically.

3-4 times during the week in the gym and at least one day but more often both at weekends doing something in the hills, either walking or kayaking.

4 - 5 days a week / depending on the week it can be anything from 4 sessions to 8/9 sessions

Running beyond 5/3/1 in conjunction with Crossfit WODs at my box and sometimes individual snatch / clean work

I also play football anything from 2 times a week to 4 times.
