My legs are killing me.....last 3 weeks I've been keeping with the 5x5, hack squats as don't have a squat stand and even during the warm up I could feel the outside of my thighs screaming. Up to 65.5kg, I can still complete them which is the strange thing but the after strain is putting me off from increase the weight's again.
Man up? Do I need to change my warm up perhaps, I do 2x5 at 37.5, then add 10kg and do 3 more till I hit my max. Or is the reality of running on my rest days messing up my recovery?
