How many days rest do you guys take between legs/squat days?

Depends on the programme. Minimum I squat twice a week. I have squatted up to 4x a week before.

So it depends on your recovery and programme. I wouldn't suggest squatting at 80%+ every day, but alternating the volume and intensity is perfectly sensible.
 
Knee protection.

I smashed a motorbike into a Sierra many many years ago. My right knee was taken apart and a rod inserted in tibia and bolted top and bottom. My knee has generally been pretty good however at the moment with my training and lots of cycling it's getting slightly sore.

Are knee supports a benefit or should I be concentrating on strengthening first. Also would a support for lifting be the same as a support for cycling?

Knee supports do nothing for healthy knees and can limit rehab of dodgy ones.

The problem is like likely to be tight quads/IT band or dysfunctional posterior chain.

Go see a physio. :)

On your way, stop at a shop and buy some tubi-grip to wear as knee sleeves (to keep your knees warm).
 
Just for anyone who's not on Facebook our very own Morba is now British champion for his category after this weekends British powerlifting championships and came very very close to a European record.
 
Could have been slightly higher as well - by his own admission he was greedy and went for 205kg for his third bench attempt and failed but he'd hit 200kg okay in training. Still, ridiculous as ever.

True. But if you don't push yourself, you never get better! :)

Hey FF ya see the bench vid? Sorry its long overdue me posting something. Only film if I expect to get a lift. Going for a 290 deadlift on Saturday so will film if 250 feels an easy lift

Have you deleted your account or just disabled it? Could always enable temporarily :p

Deleted - I will come back, but needed to have a break from the online world (well social media) for a little bit. :)
