Morning chaps.

Latest weigh in 26kg down from end of September. Binned three bags of clothes. Early Monday Crossfit for all you Crossfit lovers

All those deadlifts, no thanks Jeff my form would be in the crapper!

Nice work on the weightloss though, I still keep some of my proper fat man clothes around just in case something goes drastically wrong haha.
