Dude... I gained 10kg in 16 weeks when I first started out. I am not proud.

I didn't cut until two years later. :D

Cut when YOU feel you want to, or when people start asking if "you are sure it is all you want tto order" when you go for chips.

If you haven't turned into Jabba the Hutt and your lifts are stil increasing... go nuts. Maybe clean up your diet bit don't cut "just because." You dtill rank as malnourished in my book at 5'10 and 81kg. ;)

Thanks for the positive words - now where did I put that dozen krispy kremes...

If Mr. Stu is malnourished at 5'10 and 81kgs, what am I at 5'11.5 and 73kgs? :o

I gained 2kgs in 14 weeks of SL... :(

120kg deadlift the other day. Tried 125 but it stopped about 6 inches up. Probably just in my head. Feels good, maybe 300 total by Xmas is possible after all (was 250, now 260). Just need to work on that bench.

Ouch.

Did you jump off your bike or something?

Not this time for once :D

I always seem to have problems with my shoulders, primarily my right one which is the one that got damaged after my big bike accident 5 years ago, just never got it seen too, and for some reason just last weeks gym sessions took its toll and its been painful doing just everyday stuff since....
It will all be down to mobility though..... :D

Do you DO any mobility on it? :p

Jumped on the scales this morning 205.4lb or 93.1kg, not sure why my weight is dropping but my strength is still on the up and it gives me some more room to play with to make my comp weight.
Maybe it is time to embrace the Morba doughnut style diet.

I hate cutting so bad, why was i born inside a 5'5 frame when I love food and lifting so much.. I can gain weight so fast. I've quite recently split up with the GF too and been going out drinking a lot on weekends (vodka diet coke) to try keep kcals down, the stares when i ask for "diet coke" in particular is amusing.) and believe me its like an impossibility fitting that into 1850 calories with food. I seem to break my macros pretty even by the end of the week after dieting well through the week and screwing it up on weekends so frustrating but i really dont want to spend my weekends sat in doing nothing. Them feels.

So do this on the weekend then ;) :D

Better for your health and better at getting over an ex gf, usually plenty of gym bunnies there on weekend evenings.
