I got told it's great for nugs when you just want a low number of nugs but clearly not enough nugs to justify being a heathen and turning the oven on. The number of nugs could be as low as 1 and as high as 6 (beyond 6 and you should use the oven)

Our air fryer is left on the bench as its used pretty much daily

Anything you can cook in the oven can pretty much be cooked in the air fryer, just think if it as a small oven haha.
Our main oven is a 110cm wide single cavity oven so as you can imagine cost a bit more than the air fryer to use haha.

We upgraded to the Gourmia one from costco and its far superior to the Phillip's one we had previously

No, I think it depends on who you used when buying through Gamivo.
I bought four codes in total, all from the same supplier through Gamivo. One of them came through as Adobe DC Reader and they issued another code which redeemed correctly. So as one has been bounced as dodgy, I expect all the others will.

Who did you use? I used CaptainX and purchased 5 in total and I’m yet to receive an email from adobe.

Could still come through though so I’ll keep an eye out.

If you log into gamevio and click on orders you can see your supplier on the bottom left

Mine was "Cdkeynz"

As I'm on a 12month pay monthly deal I can't see if the codes worked or not.

I'll see if I can get a refund vie gamevio tomorrow when I have more time.

Thanks for the heads up, I'm yet to receive anything from Adobe

You should be able to tell if your end date has changed, figure out when you’re due to renew it and work it out from there.

Well well well.

ZdcAZN3.png

I've just opened a ticket with Gamivo and also with PayPal.

I spent 90mins online chatting to Adobe tonight. I will save you the first hour where I was with two 1st line level support who acted like a computer and go straight to my conversation with the floor manager.

Long Story short.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is!

Slightly longer story

Bought code from GIMVIO, got email from adobe with 5 days to resolve the issue or all my apps will stop working despite I have 3 years legit codes stacked from Amazon. They want to check the codes now from Amazon are actually legit to keep them on there.

Really long story. (transcript, there is an even longer version but will save you that trouble)

Gaiganglung (12/8/21, 8:16:15 PM GMT): Thank you for staying connected, my name is Gaiganglung I am the floor manager with Adobe Genuine.
You (12/8/21, 8:16:25 PM GMT): Hello
You (12/8/21, 8:16:37 PM GMT): I hope you can answer a couple of questions for me. thank you for your time in advance.
Gaiganglung (12/8/21, 8:17:03 PM GMT): I would be happy to help you with your concern.
You (12/8/21, 8:17:04 PM GMT): To start off, I have received an email tonight
You (12/8/21, 8:17:07 PM GMT): "This email is to notify you that our Fraud Prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning the Adobe redemption code that was used to purchase your Adobe subscription, Photography Plan. We are giving you 5 business days of grace period, to resolve this issue. After the grace period ends, access to your current non-genuine software will be blocked. We understand this can be frustrating. Therefore, we're reaching out to inform you of this issue, and to offer support and options to help you purchase the genuine Adobe apps and services you need. For more information, follow the "Learn more" link below"
You (12/8/21, 8:17:13 PM GMT): this is why i am here.
You (12/8/21, 8:17:50 PM GMT): It appears that the codes I purchased on Black Friday from a website (that i never used
before) is fraudulent. the site is GAMIVO.com

You (12/8/21, 8:18:08 PM GMT): I will personally resolve that purchase through PayPal with the seller.
You (12/8/21, 8:18:19 PM GMT): I bought 1 year of codes from GAMIVO.com
You (12/8/21, 8:18:50 PM GMT): However as you can see on my account, my account is no payment until Nov 25 2025. 4 years of subscriptions prepaid.
You (12/8/21, 8:19:29 PM GMT): Now only 1 of those, are allegedly fraudulent. The other 3 years. I have bought from Amazon UK, receipts of These just supplied. and they are NOT from a market seller. if you see the receipt, they are from Amazon direct.
You (12/8/21, 8:20:04 PM GMT): All I want to resolve is that you take the 1 year of codes that you say is fraudulent off my account, leave the 3 years on there.
You (12/8/21, 8:20:28 PM GMT): unless you are suggesting Amazon are selling fraudulent codes also?
Gaiganglung (12/8/21, 8:21:01 PM GMT): Thank you for the confirmation.
Gaiganglung (12/8/21, 8:22:17 PM GMT): First of all let me get to GAMIVO.com which is not an Adobe authorized reseller might be for that you are getting the email and not for the code purchased from Amazon.
You (12/8/21, 8:22:39 PM GMT): I know that much
You (12/8/21, 8:22:47 PM GMT): that is what I gather has happened
Gaiganglung (12/8/21, 8:23:08 PM GMT): I would like to know the redemption code which are purchased from Amazon Media EU S.à r.l.
You (12/8/21, 8:23:27 PM GMT): xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
You (12/8/21, 8:23:31 PM GMT): xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
You (12/8/21, 8:23:34 PM GMT): xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
You (12/8/21, 8:23:44 PM GMT): those are the latest 3 codes
You (12/8/21, 8:24:11 PM GMT): I have them all ready as your colleague has asked for them already
Gaiganglung (12/8/21, 8:24:16 PM GMT): Thank you, so you have redeemed already the 3 code right?
You (12/8/21, 8:24:21 PM GMT): yes
You (12/8/21, 8:24:25 PM GMT): they are from amazon
You (12/8/21, 8:24:41 PM GMT): hence I am asking , and expect the account still works until Nov 25 2024
You (12/8/21, 8:25:05 PM GMT): as opposed to have my account disabled in 5 days due to the codes from GAMIVO.com
You (12/8/21, 8:27:17 PM GMT): I want to resolve this today
Gaiganglung (12/8/21, 8:27:26 PM GMT): We need to check with the backend fraud preventions team regarding the email received and redemption codes status that you have provided, we need 3-4 business days for the investigation and help you with the exact resolution and status of the account disabled.
You (12/8/21, 8:27:44 PM GMT): I need this to be escalated faster
You (12/8/21, 8:27:51 PM GMT): the account is said to be disabled in 5 days
Gaiganglung (12/8/21, 8:29:16 PM GMT): Okay, I will personal handover your case to the escalation team and put it in first priority, we will email you or you can share your active telephone number so that we can direct contact you.
You (12/8/21, 8:29:30 PM GMT): yes, its a UK number
You (12/8/21, 8:29:37 PM GMT): +44700000000
You (12/8/21, 8:29:50 PM GMT): However i suggest emailing would be the quickest way
Gaiganglung (12/8/21, 8:30:43 PM GMT): Sure, we will email the status of your case as soon as possible, I will escalate the case right away.
You (12/8/21, 8:30:55 PM GMT): Please get it to 1st Priority
You (12/8/21, 8:31:07 PM GMT): i do not need the account to be disabled over a weekend
Gaiganglung (12/8/21, 8:31:38 PM GMT): I understand your situation trust me I will get it done as soon as possible.
You (12/8/21, 8:31:50 PM GMT): Thank you
Gaiganglung (12/8/21, 8:32:03 PM GMT): You're most welcome.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is!

This is what concerned me when it was posted in here at the start but someone said they’ve used it without any problems.

Thanks for posting that transcript, Raymond. I had about eighteen months of Amazon codes stacked already and added these extra ones. I’ve filed with PayPal to get refunds and I have no problem if they cancel the fraudulent ones but like you, I have no wish for the legitimate ones to be canned.

You’ll note my email says that ‘access to your non-genuine software will be blocked’ which I hope means that’ll they will just suck back the time granted by the dodgy code(s).

Did you get multiple emails from Adobe, one for each code or just the one?

I only got 1 email.

My conversation with Adobe isn't really very clear in terms of what they are checking. Especially the hour I left out speaking to the 1st line support, that person is clearly reading off a script to every question I asked, it felt like talking to a computer as they never answered a single question I asked.

The floor manager clearly has no script and could answer on his own accord, still. It appears they detected fraudulent codes applied on the account and they need to check all other legit codes applied. I also supplied them with pdf invoices from Amazon to prove they are bought from Amazon themselves and not a market reseller on Amazon (again, these are not authorised).

Despite the attached pdf, they STILL need to raise this to their back end fraud team.

If they do try to cancel the whole account because of one key then try pointing out that Adobe themselves acknowledge that fraudulent keys can be sold to innocent customers. This is from their website:

https://www.adobe.com/trust/fraud-prevention.html

Counterfeit Sales.
The sale of fraudulently obtained licenses to well-intentioned customers.

Illegitimate Resale and Leaked Serial Numbers.
The sale of resale serial numbers obtained illegally to well-intentioned customers.

Mind you, it's Adobe we're talking about here. So good luck.
