Have they actually been cancelled yet or have you just received the email?

I got the email last Wednesday and it said they'd give me five days grace but the time still hasn't gone from my account.

@pacegod, @Captain, @Holst1981, @Greebo, @Raymond Lin - Has your Prepaid Plan date changed yet on your Adobe account?

I haven't checked today but last night it still has 4 years on my account, until Nov 2025.

I am not really sure what they are doing, I also got an email from Adobe saying the case is closed yesterday.
 
Slightly nervous about these keys. Not heard anything yet but it would seem most people aren’t getting their accounts shut down

Exported all my Lightroom photos on their cloud storage just in case

My Adobe account is different to yours somehow.

I seem to be on a years contract and adding these codes made no difference to that at all.
If I want to cancel with Adobe I have to pay a penalty. I'm in this contract until it ends in June.. then I may be able to buy a pre payment sub like you are using.

No extension of my next payment due, no sign that the code worked at all.

I did try to refund through gamevio but I didn't have the time or patience. I'll have another try at the weekend.
I'll also have to start the PayPal refund process as well.

Mine did that, they're classed as two separate products both will be active simultaneously.
I had to talk to them to sort it out.
 
I've just had a full refund from Gamivo.

I will now be closing my account with them and blocking their site!
 
Gamivo weren’t interested in giving me a refund so I went directly to PayPal and had my refund in 24 hours.
I’ll just go back my previous Adobe sub, nothing lost I guess.
 
I got the email from Adobe the other day. I've just raised a case via PayPal straight away rather than messing around with Gamivo support.
 
Bumping this back because it's raised its head again.

When I first bought the Photoshop codes from Gamivo, one of the codes they sent me redeemed as Adobe Pro DC. I reported this and they corrected it by issuing a Photoshop code.

Just received this email from Adobe.

Dear Feek,

This email is to notify you that our Fraud Prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning the Adobe redemption code that was used to purchase your Adobe subscription, Acrobat Pro DC.

We are giving you 5 business days of grace period, to resolve this issue. After the grace period ends, access to your current non-genuine software will be blocked.

I don't care because it's not the product I bought and I haven't even downloaded it.

Just goes to show how dodgy Gamivo are.
 
Gamivo are being a bunch of ***** about this for me as well. Adobe aren't helping either. I used 8 codes and Gavimo want an email from adobe referencing each one of them to do anything. Trying to get adobe to do this is like pulling teeth. Their support system is a joke. I have spend probably an hour on their chat 3 times and every time you have to talk to the wrong person who eventually transfers you after asking why you want to cancel your subscription (because despite what they say, they are not reading the message you have written).

They then say they will sort it out and send the email and then never do. Then they close the case a few days later. Just going to try and get a refund via another method.

I'm trying to do this through barclays and they make it as ******* hard as possible too.

You go to a transaction and try to report it (while logged in on the app) and you have to put in your entire personal information for each transaction (8 in my case) along with the information for the transaction which you clicked on to get to the ******* "report a problem" screen in the first place. You can tell how much effort they put into this part of the app from the fact that none of the fields even bring up the right keyboard i.e. numerical keyboard for account number and sort code.
