If you log in to the Gamivo website and click the ‘copy to clipboard option’ then it pastes right into the adobe website when you click redeem.

What you mean? Log into the adobe website, click manage account and choose redeem voucher at the bottom.
Don't have that.
In the end they gave me this link and added the time difference.

Slight snag with mine.
My years subscription lasts until June and they want £40 for me to cancel as an early cancelation charge
So I will have to continue until June at which point I can cancel the annual plan and start using the code I bought.
