Just installed the Lost Planet demo - VERY impressed, my 7600 may be a lil bit out of its depth as it spent a lot of time around 17-22fps on Low to Mid settings, but was still playable, and looks just fantastic!!! on high settings its gonna be one very pretty game!. Demo auto config'd my Gamecube pad to dual analog control too

Me Likes the Stompy Mech!

Even on low settings, thats rather darn pretty!

wouldnt go that far.....I WANT HDR and pretty textures

Might be time to get a new card, sub £100 budget.....let me know how the XTX does mate

Incase anyone's interested on the Lost Planet demo - it's awesome, check it out! It also contains a performance test built in which is quite handy. I was getting very nice and smooth framerates throughout on high settings (Specs in my sig)

I don't know much about this game. Is it a console port like Splinter Cell: DA or R6 Vegas? If it is then i don't think i'll be interested

It's not as bad as DA (But hey comeon Vegas was an awesome game on the PC) - It's a very neat game, and the demo is well worth the download

it is basicly a port but it is a decent port its not terrible but its not great kinda average

cant seem to take a screenshot of the dx10 version even with fraps

best way to describe lost planet is like its 3d version of the folowing games mixed up

contra/probotector/midnight resistance/walker if you had pld any these games and enjoed em then youll like lost planet for sure

I have not even heard of any of those games you list. Are they PC titles?
