The Air Rifles & Pistols thread

What do you mean where did I bring it if you meant where did I buy it from, I got it from my local gun****h

Ill bare leaning up against a tree in mind lol

You're the one who wrote "brought" in your post.

I've seen an airranger in full realtree dipped camo, scope, barrel silencer, stock everything. I wouldn't want to put it down.

Nice to see some appreciation for the R10. Best bit of advice I can give for R10 owners is to get a good pull through kit, they do like a clean barrell.

Anyone know of a good shop in the West Mids that does repairs?

I think the seal has gone on my CO2 air pistol, when loading the cartridges it is just emptying the canister once pierced :/

Interested in getting a air pistol ( I do not know the correct names etc for all this stuff)

basically I would like a pistol that looks like a real one but fires pellets or whatever they fire to use at my friends house in the country. Just for plinking fun.

Any recommendations?
and of course shops to buy from

Just off the top of my head, this is a nice pistol,

8 shot rotary magazine, C02 gas powered, looks real too, accuracy isn't its strongest point though, if your looking for accuracy and power then I'd go Webley alecto

or Weihrauch HW45

Quick google for gunshop in derby

Can you still get spares for a BSA Scorpian pistol i have one that is in bits ? I also have a Theoben Grand Prix sirocco must be about 1990 ( has a thumb hole stock ), i will have to get a picture of it. Would it have any value today?

Very nice! My shooting buddy uses an HW100 and I can't fault it.
Are you a member of any clubs?
I got probationary membership of my local club over the weekend and I'm grinning from ear to ear!

Yes I am of one and usually go as a guest to the other but will join soon as I'll be able to shoot live stuff also at that one under supervision. ( I dont have a FAC...... Yet)

Yes, I'm using an R10 mk2 .177 too. To be honest, I could upgrade to an EV2 or LG110 but it would not make me a better shot, I need to learn to use the R10 first!

I don't think you can go wrong with one tbh. Decent shot count and and pretty accurate not to mention its fully regulated. Have you considered getting a blue print from John bowkett?
