Waiting on prices here too

If it's too close to a windows tablet then ill get a tablet instead and get the new iPhone when it's released.

Did i see somewhere a link somewhere else here to a OSX tablet or was i seeing things?

quick question on the ebook side of things. I already have a Sony PRS 600 and a fair few books in epub format, does the iPAD support epubs ?
 
Well, the lads at 9 to 5 Mac discovered that you can simply drag ePub book downloaded from the web into iTunes. Alternately, you can also use iTunes’ “Add to Library” command (iTunes > File > Add to Library, ⌘ + O).

I have already seen how much it costs to make one somewhere posted on a site but cant remember the address :( They do have a big markup just like anyone would but there is other costs to consider like marketing, advertising etc.
 
The 'rumour' doesn't look promising. Let's hope it's all made up :(

They have been told that the following is going to be the release process:

20th April - Prices released

No Pre-order for the UK store, no reserve in the UK stores, one per person, they are having very, very limited supply.

New stock will arrive 3 times a week, but in small numbers... Staff aren't allowed to purchase any iPads until the end of May.

I have a really bad feeling that I am going to buy myself one of these, even after I convinced myself I really didn't/don't need/want one.

I've been playing too much Civ Rev on my iPhone and the thought of playing it on a better screen, plus all of the other benefits.

I think it depends on what iPhone OS 4.0 brings on Thursday to help me make up my mind.
